1. Services

Dr Arun Pest Clinic ("we", "us") provides pest management services across Bangalore, including inspection, treatment, installation (e.g. bird netting) and maintenance contracts. The scope, price and warranty of each job are confirmed before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Prices shown on this website (e.g. "from ₹799") are indicative starting prices; the exact quote depends on property size, infestation level and treatment required.
  • A written or WhatsApp quote is provided before treatment.
  • Payment is due on completion of service unless a contract states otherwise.

3. Warranties

  • Warranty periods vary by service (e.g. 90 days for cockroach gel treatment, 45 days for bed bugs after the second service, up to 5 years for termite barrier treatment) and are stated on your service receipt.
  • Warranties cover re-treatment of the same pest at the same premises, free of charge, when the issue is reported within the warranty period.
  • Warranties may be void where our written preparation or hygiene recommendations are not followed, where structural changes introduce new entry points, or where third-party treatments are applied over ours.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property.
  • Allow reasonable access to areas requiring treatment.
  • Follow preparation and post-treatment instructions (ventilation times, cleaning windows, laundering for bed bug service).
  • Inform us in advance about infants, pregnant members, elderly persons, pets, aquariums or medical conditions so we can adapt products and methods.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the slot. Repeated no-access visits may incur a call-out charge.

6. Liability

We carry out treatments with professional care using government-approved products. Our liability is limited to re-performance of the service or refund of the service fee. We are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g. termite damage that occurred before treatment) or for infestations arising from conditions outside the treated premises.

7. Website Use

Content on drpestcontrol.co.in is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. The enquiry form operates entirely in your browser and transmits nothing to our servers; messages are sent by you via WhatsApp.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
